What does queue skip do?
When a server is full and there's a queue, you join ahead of the queue instead of waiting in it. You don't bump anyone offline, you just enter as soon as a slot opens.
Do I get any items, kits, or resources?
No. Queue skip is the only paid perk. We don't sell items, kits, resources, harvest changes, or any in-game advantage.
How long does it last?
Supporter is 1 week. VIP is 1 month. Both apply only to the specific server you bought it for and start the moment PayNow confirms the purchase.
What if I have an issue with my purchase?
Open a Supporter/VIP ticket from the support page and include your PayNow order reference. Refund eligibility follows PayNow's policy.
