Return rates come from the game's own recycler config: 50% at a standard recycler, 40% at the one in a barrel, 75% at a fully powered one. Fractions are kept rather than rounded, because half a rifle body is a coin flip and rounding it either way is how calculators end up disagreeing with the game.
