Provider and customer service

Your contract partner is Mattias Schmidt, who runs rustfront.com. For questions, customer service and complaints, email or call us. More details are in the Impressum.

What you get

One-time support

You choose an amount from €2 to €500. You get the Supporter badge for 30 days from your payment; it then ends automatically.

Monthly Wiki Supporter

€3, €5 or €10 per month, as you choose. The plan renews every month until you cancel it; there is no minimum term. You get the Supporter badge for as long as the plan is active and, if you link your Discord account on your account page, the Wiki Supporter role on the RustFront Discord.

For both

  • The Supporter badge is shown publicly next to your Steam display name on your comments and guides while your support is active. It appears once Stripe confirms your payment.
  • If you choose, your Steam display name is listed on the supporters wall on the Support the wiki page. You can remove it at any time on your account page.
  • Neither option includes any benefit in the game, of any kind.
  • You have a statutory legal guarantee of conformity for our digital services (German Civil Code, Sections 327 et seq.).
  • We provide updates, including security updates, for the whole of your supporter period or subscription.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland); we never see your card details. The monthly plan is charged in advance for each month. Accepted payment methods: credit or debit card, or another payment method that Stripe offers in its checkout.

How the contract is concluded

  1. On the Support the wiki page you choose one-time support and its amount, or the monthly Wiki Supporter plan and its tier, and sign in with Steam.
  2. You click “Continue to order summary”. The order summary on rustfront.com shows what you get, the total price including VAT and, for the monthly plan, the billing and cancellation terms. If you notice a mistake, you can go back there and change your choice.
  3. By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay” you place a binding order. The contract is concluded with this click.
  4. You then pay on the page of our payment provider Stripe. If you do not complete the payment, we cancel the order and you owe nothing.
  5. You receive a confirmation by email with the contract content and the full text of these terms, including the withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form.

Contract languages and contract text

The contract languages are English and German. We do not store the contract text for you to look up later: you receive it by email (step 5 above). You can also print or save this page.

Term and cancellation

Monthly Wiki Supporter

The contract runs for an indefinite period, with no minimum term. You can cancel it at any time, effective at the end of the month you have already paid for:

  • via “Cancel contracts here” (rustfront.com/cancel, no sign-in needed),
  • on your account page under “Manage subscription”, or
  • by email to billing@rustfront.com.

One-time support

One-time support ends automatically after 30 days. You do not need to cancel it.

Cancellation for good cause

Both sides keep the right to cancel a contract for good cause (extraordinary cancellation). You can declare it in the same ways, including with “Cancel contracts here”.

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mattias Schmidt, Merowingerstraße 37, 50677 Köln, Germany, telephone: +49 1784577895, email: billing@rustfront.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://rustfront.com/withdraw. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Model withdrawal form

(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

  • To Mattias Schmidt, Merowingerstraße 37, 50677 Köln, Germany, email: billing@rustfront.com:
  • I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the provision of the following service (*),
  • Ordered on (*)/received on (*),
  • Name of consumer(s),
  • Address of consumer(s),
  • Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),
  • Date

(*) Delete as appropriate.

We do not ask you to request that our services begin before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw in time, we therefore refund the full amount you paid.

Minors

If you are under 18, you may only buy one-time support or the monthly plan with the consent of a parent or guardian. If a minor paid without that consent, a parent or guardian can ask for a refund at billing@rustfront.com.

Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).
